The Uplift Commode Assist is an automatic lifting commode that helps the user gently lower and raise themselves from a seated position, supporting and lifting up to 70% of the person’s weight. The lifting action is provided by a self-powered, specially-designed lifting mechanism which does not require the use of batteries or electricity.
The Uplift Commode Assist fits over standard toilets or can be used by itself with the included commode bucket. Designed for minimum assembly and tool requirements, the Uplift Commode Assist is both versatile and sturdy.
The Uplift Commode Assist eases you gently into a seated position and automatically locks in place. To stand, simply press down on the seat release lever. The lifting mechanism activates automatically and provides a gentle and stable lift from the commode.
The Uplift Commode Assist was awarded the Arthritis Foundation’s Ease-of-Use Commendation. The Commode Assist met the stringent requirements established by the Foundation to encourage the development of user-friendly products for those suffering from arthritis.
