Features

  • Big Rigs were designed to replace our very popular BULLFROG (all hard points are the same).
  • Suspension fork uses a "hinge" design encapsulating a high energy-absorbing polyurethane cylinder. The cylinder will flex to eliminate vibration and soften bumps by absorbing the force created when the front wheel strikes an object.
  • 3 inches of arch travel allowing the front wheel to lift back, up and over obstacles and prevent pitching
  • Approved HCFA codes E1018R and E1018L
  • Will not change the wheelchair's foot to floor dimensions.
  • Custom stem bolt lengths are available to accommodate a variety of geometry requirements
  • Fits wheels with diameter sizes of 6x2, 7x2, and 8x2.
  • All forks CNC machined of 6061-T6 aluminum
  • 1144 steel stress-proof clear zinc plated flanged studs (stem bolts) available in both metric and imperial measurements.
  • 1144 steel stress-proof stainless steel hinge and axle pins.
  • Bronze bushings within the hinge improves pivoting abilities.
